NTA NEET UG Re-Examination Admit Card 2026 Released

National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination Admit Card on 22 June 2026 at the official website neet.nta.ac.in. Candidates who have been scheduled for the re-examination on 28 June 2026 can now download their hall ticket using their application number and date of birth. The re-exam is being conducted for specific candidates and centres where irregularities were detected during the original examination held on 4 May 2026.

The NEET UG examination is the sole entrance test for admission to MBBS, BDS, and other medical courses in India. The exam consists of 200 questions of 720 marks covering Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology, with a total duration of 3 hours 20 minutes. Each correct answer carries 4 marks, and 1 mark is deducted for each wrong answer. Out of 50 questions in each section, candidates need to attempt 45 questions.

The re-examination will be conducted in offline (OMR based) mode at designated examination centres across India. The medium of the exam is available in 13 languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and others. Candidates are advised to download the admit card immediately and verify all details including name, photograph, signature, exam date, time, and centre address.

The result for the re-examination is tentatively scheduled to be declared on 15 July 2026. After the result, the counselling process will begin for both All India Quota (15%) and State Quota (85%) seats. Candidates are advised to carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, or Passport) and a passport-size photograph to the examination centre.

  • Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth
  • Enter the security captcha
  • Click on Submit to view your admit card
  • Download the PDF and take a printout (color preferred)
  • Verify all details — name, photo, exam centre, date, time
  • Carry it to the exam centre with a photo ID and passport photo
