NTA ICAR AIEEA PG and Ph.D Admit Card 2026 Released

National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the admit card for the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA) PG and Ph.D programs 2026 on 02 July 2026. Candidates who have applied for admission to various postgraduate and doctoral programs in agricultural universities across India can now download their hall ticket from the official website at icar.nta.ac.in using their application number and date of birth.

The ICAR AIEEA PG and Ph.D examination is scheduled to be conducted on 07-08 July 2026 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode across various centres in India. The exam will have 120 objective type questions of 480 marks in 2 hours, with each correct answer carrying 4 marks and each wrong answer carrying a penalty of 1 mark (negative marking). The exam will be conducted in English medium only and will cover subject-specific questions based on the candidate's chosen discipline.

The ICAR AIEEA is conducted for admission to 25% seats in agricultural universities across India for PG programs and 100% seats for Ph.D programs at ICAR-deemed universities. The programs offered include M.Sc in various agricultural sciences like Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Soil Science, Horticulture, Agricultural Economics, and Ph.D in relevant disciplines. Selected candidates will get admission to prestigious institutions like Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), and other ICAR institutes.

Sarkari Notice 247 advises all candidates to immediately download their admit card and verify all the details printed on it including name, photograph, signature, exam date, shift timing, and centre address. Any discrepancy should be immediately reported to NTA through the official helpline. Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, or Passport) to the examination centre. The reporting time mentioned on the admit card should be strictly followed.
