Reserve Bank of India Office Attendant Final Result 2026 Declared

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has officially declared the Office Attendant Recruitment Final Result 2026 on 22 June 2026 at its official website rbi.org.in. A total of 950 candidates have been selected for the post of Office Attendant across various RBI offices throughout India. The result is available in PDF format containing the roll numbers of all selected candidates, along with the category-wise cutoff marks.

The recruitment process which began with the notification release on 24 October 2025 has finally concluded after nearly 8 months. The online written examination was conducted on 21 December 2025, followed by the Language Proficiency Test (LPT) in March-April 2026 and Document Verification in May 2026. The online exam had 120 questions of 120 marks covering Reasoning, General English, General Awareness, and Numerical Ability sections, with a total duration of 90 minutes. There was a negative marking of 1/4 mark for each wrong answer. Candidates who scored above the cutoff in the written exam were called for the LPT, where they had to demonstrate reading, writing, and speaking ability in the local language of the state they applied for.

Selected candidates will now receive appointment letters from the Reserve Bank of India for their respective offices. The joining formalities typically include medical examination, background verification, and submission of original documents. The training period for Office Attendants is generally 2-3 months, during which candidates receive a stipend. After successful completion of training, candidates are confirmed as permanent employees with a starting salary in Pay Level 1.
