SSC Combined Graduate Level Final Result 2026 Declared

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially declared the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Final Result 2026 on 22 June 2026 at its official website ssc.gov.in. A total of 8,534 candidates have been selected for various Group B and C posts including Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer, Assistant Section Officer, Inspector (Income Tax, Central Excise, Preventive Officer, Examiner), Assistant Enforcement Officer, Sub-Inspector (CBI, NIA), Junior Statistical Officer, and other positions across multiple central government departments.

The recruitment process which started with the notification release on 24 June 2025 has finally concluded after exactly one year. The Tier-1 examination was conducted from 9 to 26 September 2025, followed by the Tier-2 examination from 18 to 20 January 2026, and Document Verification in April-May 2026. The final merit list has been prepared based on the marks obtained in the Tier-2 examination, with Tier-1 being qualifying in nature.

The Tier-2 examination had Paper 1 as compulsory for all posts with 150 questions of 450 marks, covering Mathematical Abilities, Reasoning, English, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. There was a negative marking of 1 mark per wrong answer in Sections 1-3 and 0.50 marks in the Computer Knowledge module. Candidates who scored above the cutoff in Tier-2 were called for Document Verification.

Selected candidates will receive appointment letters from their respective departments within 2-3 months. The starting salary ranges from Pay Level 4 to Pay Level 8 depending on the post, with the highest being Assistant Audit Officer at Pay Level 8 (Rs.47600-151100).
