BPSC Assistant Prosecution Officer Recruitment 2026 Online Form Open
Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the much-awaited notification for Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) recruitment 2026 with a total of 300 vacancies. This is a Group B Gazetted post in the Prosecution Department of the Government of Bihar. Eligible candidates who hold a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and are enrolled as an advocate under the Advocates Act 1961 can apply online at the official BPSC website bpsc.bihar.gov.in from 12 June 2026 to 5 July 2026.
The selection process for BPSC APO 2026 involves three stages — Preliminary Examination (which is qualifying in nature), Main Examination (descriptive type, counted for merit), and Interview. The Prelims will have a single paper on General Studies of 150 marks with 2 hours duration, while the Mains will have 5 papers covering General Hindi, General English, General Studies 1, General Studies 2, and Law.
