NVS Class 6th Admission Online Form 2027 Released - Apply Now

Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has officially released the online application form for admission to Class 6th in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) for the academic session 2027-28 on 05 July 2026. Eligible students who are studying in Class 5th during 2026-27 can apply online through the official NVS website at navodaya.gov.in. The last date to apply is 05 August 2026, and the entrance test (JNVST) is tentatively scheduled for 09 January 2027.

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas are co-educational residential schools established by the Government of India to provide quality education to talented children, predominantly from rural areas. There are more than 660 JNVs across all districts of India (except Tamil Nadu). The education, boarding, and lodging at JNVs are completely free of cost. Students get free books, uniforms, and medical facilities during their stay.
