UPSSSC Auditor and Assistant Accountant Syllabus 2026 Released

Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has officially released the syllabus for the Auditor and Assistant Accountant Recruitment Examination 2026 under Advt No. 14-Exam/2026 on 27 June 2026. A total of 1829 vacancies have been notified for Auditor and Assistant Accountant posts across various departments of the Uttar Pradesh Government. Candidates who have qualified UPSSSC PET 2025 can apply online through the official UPSSSC website at upsssc.gov.in. The last date to apply is 17 July 2026.

The UPSSSC Auditor and Assistant Accountant recruitment is being conducted to fill 1829 vacancies in various departments including the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), Treasury offices, and other government departments in Uttar Pradesh. The selected candidates will be responsible for auditing government accounts, maintaining financial records, preparing budget reports, and other accounting-related duties. The pay scale for these posts ranges from Rs.29200 to Rs.92300 per month (Level 5) plus DA, HRA, and other allowances as per UP Government rules.

To be eligible for UPSSSC Auditor and Assistant Accountant 2026, candidates must have qualified UPSSSC PET 2025 examination and hold a Graduation degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognised university. Graduates with Accountancy as one of the subjects are also eligible to apply. The age limit is 21 to 40 years as on 01 July 2026, with age relaxation as per UP Government rules for reserved categories (OBC +5 Years, SC/ST +5 Years). The application fee is just Rs.25 for all categories plus Rs.25 processing fee, making it one of the most affordable government job applications.
